天津佳德昌泰機(jī)械有限公司的產(chǎn)品GCWS-130型濕剪機(jī)常用于皮毛一體生產(chǎn)工藝流程中首道工序——粗理生皮上的羊毛， 主要用于短毛的生羊皮剪理。無(wú)論是未經(jīng)去肉處理的濕生皮，還是干生皮均可將羊毛剪齊理勻。

本產(chǎn)品的剪毛刀輥裝有四片特殊鋼的寬體長(zhǎng)效刀片，刃口鋒利，經(jīng)久耐磨，剪毛過(guò)程中刀片還自動(dòng)地得到定量供油潤(rùn)滑，不需要任何維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。本產(chǎn)品剪毛效果整齊、均勻；皮坯不受損傷；自動(dòng)化程度高；平時(shí)保養(yǎng)工作量少，而且使用壽命長(zhǎng)。整個(gè)工作區(qū)域防止出現(xiàn)銹蝕。

Tianjin Giantey Machinery Co., Ltd. has produced the traditional machine GCWS-130, CYLINDER WET SHEARING MACHINE, for many years, this machine is well used in the lambskin production processing, especially in the production of double-face. It cuts the wool at the very beginning for the skins with short wool, it is well used for raw lambskins, wet or dry.

This working cylinder has four blades, made of high-quality and special steel, working for a long-time term, the blade is sharp for shearing and strong for usage, it is automatically oiled during the operation and free of the maintenance normally. This machine could shear all raw and wet lambskins, with the perfect shearing result being uniform, even, defect-free, automatic, maintaining-nearly-free, and long-life.
