This machine is especially suitable for ironing skins with long wool. It can easily open the wool of the skins, both dyed and undyed.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The outside of the ironing cylinder is made of anti-erosion materials. The cylinder is heated by 36 armored resistant heating tubes, which are connected outside. The temperature is controlled by an electronic temperature controller. The thermocouples used by Giantey are capable to show the surface temperature of the ironing machine correctly, which ensures the best ironing effect.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>While ironing, the operator should place the skins on the felt conveyor. The ironing bench should be placed on the frame so it can be adjusted. The operator can adjust the pressure applied by the ironing machine to the surface of the skin, and the skin-cylinder contact angle and area.
