天津佳德昌泰機械有限公司的產(chǎn)品GLWI-70-N型燙毛機是一款常用毛皮加工設(shè)備，是我們幾年前開發(fā)出來的產(chǎn)品， 并不斷地更新和改造， 它的特點是適合燙長羊毛皮形，對原色還是染過色的毛皮，都能使其皮上的毛“松開”。

我們的燙輥外殼用抗腐蝕材料制成，由36只外部連續(xù)的鎧裝電阻加熱管加熱，溫度由電子溫度調(diào)控器控制，佳德昌泰專用熱電偶能夠反映燙輥表面溫度， 表面溫度均勻，確保毛皮燙毛達到要求效果。

操作人員在操作時，毛（裘）面放在氈套傳送帶上。熨燙工作臺安放在機架上，能夠多方位調(diào)節(jié)。操作人員可以隨時調(diào)節(jié)燙輥作用在毛面上的壓力，以及毛（裘）皮接觸在燙輥的覆蓋角度和面積，這樣就可以達到所需要的燙毛深度。

同時我們配置電電控箱和相關(guān)的安全保護器。

本機可以按用戶要求，選購配置不同的燙毛機，比如說有效工作寬度、氣動操作、是否附帶轉(zhuǎn)動襯墊等。

Pneumatic long wool ironing machine（GLWI-70-N）is a general leather processing equipment which was developed by Giantey several years ago and had been improved continuously thereafter. This machine is especially suitable for ironing skins with long wool. It can easily open the wool of the skins, both dyed and undyed.

The outside of the ironing cylinder is made of anti-erosion materials. The cylinder is heated by 36 armored resistant heating tubes, which are connected outside. The temperature is controlled by an electronic temperature controller. The thermocouples used by Giantey are capable to show the surface temperature of the ironing machine correctly, which ensures the best ironing effect.

While ironing, the operator should place the skins on the felt conveyor. The ironing bench should be placed on the frame so it can be adjusted. The operator can adjust the pressure applied by the ironing machine to the surface of the skin, and the skin-cylinder contact angle and area. Therefore we could iron the wool as longest as possible.

At the same time we also equip the machine with an electronic control box and a security protector.

There are several options for this machine: effective working width, pneumatic operation, with or without turning mat, etc.
